Tips from our Naturopath:
- Rest often and eat well – easier said than done in times of stress I know but do the best you can. Even if not hungry, aim for nourishing liquid meals like soups and smoothies.
- Give someone a hug and make sure you ask for help when required. Focus on one thing at a time and don’t overwhelm yourself with anything other than priorities.
- Focus on the positives and encourage children for instance, to express themselves through playing or drawing if they don’t want to talk.
Mist around yourself & the room as required. Not to be ingested, external use only.
