The steam from your shower or steamy bathroom (baths work too – just run it nice & warm, whilst keeping the door shut) creates a diffuser for the essential oils to do their thing.

Directions:: Simply spray mist 2-3 times directly into the steam of a warm running shower & along the walls. Make sure bathroom door & shower door (if it has one) are closed, to retain steam in room. Repeat as desired. Ingredients: 100% steam distilled, Australian Eucalyptus & Peppermint.
